In 1998 Robert co-founded Cititec Associates. As operations director, he designed and implemented the company’s entire operational infrastructure, which comprised sales and recruitment databases, front- and back-office systems, HR systems and policies, credit control, IT, and finance.
Robert was also appointed operations director of Excelian when it was founded in 2001. Today, he is operations director for both companies, managing a team of nearly thirty. He has been instrumental in initiating new compliance and auditing processes that have resulted in Cititec receiving the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
