One of the things that set us apart from other IT recruitment companies is the amount we invest in staff training. We train our people to speak their language.

The Cititec training programme covers three main areas: once you join as a new employee you will be sent on an external accredited course in recruitment to give you a solid grounding in the work you’ll be doing. Subsequently we send all our employees on a two-day course in banking where you will learn how to price bonds, what exotic instruments are and how back, middle and front offices relate in leading financial institutions. Finally, we train all staff in the latest Financial IT products on the market.

Once the initial phase of training is over we are confident that our employees will be armed with knowledge about the all the possible skills and experience banks and treasuries look for in financial IT consultants.
