Stephen Grant

Executive Chairman

Stephen is responsible for Cititec’s strategic direction. He continues to lead Cititec’s  Equality, Diversity and Inclusion practices and is at the forefront of its community involvement. He is one of the original founders of the company and has over 30 years of managing and succeeding in business.

He was the majority partner in Excelian, a world leading Murex systems integrator that recently sold to Luxoft. He also has international experience working in Mexico as head of the British Chamber of Commerce and Casa William Mayer, which sold capital-backed engineering projects to Mexican industry.

Stephen is proudly a mentor at the Amos Bursary and has been a key supporter of the Hoja Project which brings a first-class education free of charge to over 400 rural students at its school in Tanzania. He is a patron of The Royal Academy of Arts and is also working with his wife as Executive Producer helping to raise finance for European / Mexican co-productions

Craig Grant

Director of Sales

Craig Grant is a Board Director and has established himself as one of the most knowledgeable and respected recruiters in the market, helping to gain Cititec a recruitment partner status with Murex.  He has spent over 9 years working within the Murex market and is directly responsible for developing the Trading Applications division at Cititec.

Craig is one of the most successful consultants and managers in Cititec’s history. He has added value to every area of the business and is an influential member of the Business Innovation Team, as well as an advocate for the ISO9001, ISO1400, Equality Assured and Investors in People Standards. 

Craig is incredibly passionate about customer service-driven recruitment, and focuses much of his time championing this philosophy and is a highly influential leader at Cititec, whilst also remaining a central figure within the Murex recruitment world. He currrently lives in North London with his wife and two sons.

Robert Benveniste

Director of Sales

Robert is a Board Director of Cititec and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of world class recruitment service to our global candidates and clients. He specialises in Trading Systems and Commodities Trading. 

Robert began his recruitment career within defence and aerospace, placing software engineers building mission critical software. He then progressed to telecoms, where Robert managed the joint venture between Vodafone and Vivendi, called Vizzavi, which was the start of the mobile revolution.

Robert is most passionate about emerging technologies such as Crypto Currency, Data Analytics, and IoT, as well as helping all of Cititec’s people to develop their careers and enable them to reach their full potential. He currently lives in Hertfordshire with his two daughters and fiancée, and his two cats Digit and Doby.
