The Applications in scope are Dealstation Fx/MM (Reuters product) ,Order watch - client order management system (also Reuters product, offshoot of dealstation) FEIS (is a pricing engine tool that feeds various ecomm applications such as dealstation, Goldfish, Antra, etc) Colline (Lombard risk): is a collateral management system ForPro:
Responsibilities include: - functional application support - 1st line support - technical application support - liaising with other support teams in the bank - facilitating new upgrades - facilitating various program releases of new functionality - potential team leadership - dealstation is 24 x 5 live application, therefore the team has to work shifts . |
