Opportunity to join a leading Investment Bank as a Senior Project Manager/Relationship Manager, responsible for developing effective relationships with business units at a global / regional or local level. Responsibilities will include ensuring that the required IT services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business. You will be accountable for the on target delivery of development projects to support Group-wide or regional business objectives and will establish and maintain service level agreements and be a point of contact concerning service issues. You will also add value to the business by providing proactive consultancy and expertise in IT across all disciplines and bring IT concepts and solutions to the business management team which improve the running of the business. |
