| Description: | Helpdesk Technical Analyst, Reuters, Bloomberg, Active Directory.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE COME FROM AN INVESTMENT BANKING BACKGROUND. Solid experience of trade floor helpdesk (400+ traders), plus 1000+ Capital Markets staff Excellent knowledge of incident ticket logging systems Be able to provide first\2nd line desk based technical fault fixing\troubleshooting at first point of contact Excellent knowledge of Active Directory (creation of accounts, mailboxes, permissioning, distribution lists) Solid experience of Helpdesk\Order Desk environment Experienced in dealing with very high volume of telephone calls and walkups Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, Reuters and Bloomberg Experience in VPN (remote access - ACE) tokens Experience in Blackberry fault fixing Excellent customer service, communication, organisational and administrative skills |
