| Description: | Business Support, IT Analyst, Customer/Client Facing, Pro-Active.
Technologies to support will include Lotus Notes, Excel spreadsheets, In House Trading Systems, External OMS (Thinkfolio, CRD), Data Feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters, Thomson). Asset / Investment Management background is useful but not essential. Opportunity within the Asset Management division of a leading Investment Bank, to provide front line support to the business and Application Support. You will be expected to provide effective customer support for internal clients, via telephone, email and face-to-face, liaising with Support, Application and Infrastructure Teams, to ensure that Service Level Agreements are adhered to and logging and updating incidents using the Helpdesk incident management software. You will manage IT resources, i.e. laptops, projectors, meeting rooms, etc, providing regular progress updates and feedback to users, team members and management, investigating and trouble shooting technical and application issues, whilst taking ownership and resolving technical problems. |
