Cititec proved very helpful to me when I was growing the Energy Application development team over 2004/2005 for a leading investment5 bank. This was a period of very rapid growth, when the global team grew from 8 to over 50, and in Europe we went from 2 to over 20 members of staff. We were particularly looking for people with in-depth experience of the Openlink Endur energy trading system - which Cititec were able to identify and supply.
Although there is not a large pool of people with Openlink knowledge, I was pleased to see that there was a good degree of discrimination in the candidates supplied, and I would say we had a good ratio of interviews to offers. Cititec did not just look for keywords on a CV, but actually took the trouble to understand what we were trying to do, and identify candidates who would fit into the team.
