You've got a great plan, a great concept, a gap in the market and everything else to make a difference in the world. Except for one problem - you need a Python Developer (or a Ruby Dev, or an Angular Dev or so many other programming languages!)
The problem with developers in London is a very simple one of supply / demand. The huge majority are in roles, and when they hit the open market they don't stay available for very long. This results in hiring decisions being rushed, as organisations don't want to miss out on anyone, and on many occasions the wrong hire is made.
