Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator working in the Cititec Sales function, you are responsible for researching for new clients who would benefit from Citiecs products and professional services, this could apply to lapsed companies. Your overall focus areas will be in prospecting, researching and booking in meetings for the Sales team, so they can focus on pitching our talent solutions model. You will utilise your excellent relationship building, initiative and strong administrative skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Schedule and sometimes attend sales call appointments/meetings with customers. Other Citiec sales team members may also participate in the sales call to help qualify the opportunity.
  • Determining if a customer has a valid need for Cititecs products and services.
  • Proposing an evaluation/discovery phase test project to enable Citiec to ascertain whether our services and solutions are a fit for the customer
  • Utilising a consultative approach to all of our clients, being persistent and organized.
  • Build and strengthen your business relationship with customers within new or lapsed accounts. Ensure that their needs are met.
  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails,and lead follow-ups
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
  • Researching for new leads
