Senior Talent Partner - SA

Service, retain and grow existing client relationships by sourcing talent, managing interview processes, networking within existing clients and building relationships with new hiring managers at those clients.

Job Purpose


  • Business Generation/Account Development
  • Undertake account development calls and meetings to develop relationships to generate vacancies, new candidates and business opportunities
  • Code, track and add comments for all actions on Bullhorn
  • Explore all potential business opportunities
  • Grow, develop and maintain a database of candidates and clients from all sources
  • Book and attend client meetings
  • Review all relevant media, and develop a deep understanding of your clients
  • Understand Cititec USPs / structure of Cititec to best sell yourself
  • Champion client momentum
  • Write quality and compliant adverts for all new vacancies and post online to all relevant job sites
  • Qualify all candidates using the relevant qualification process
  • Sell all relevant opportunities to candidates
  • Champion candidate momentum
  • Updates career development tracker / personal folders/key learns after each course or module


What are we looking for?


  • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within departments and across functions.
  • Aptitude for understanding how Talent Solutions, technology and products and solve business problems.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customers make buying decisions.
