Kennan Nechovski Talent Lead - Software Engineering - Germany
Kennan joined Cititec 2021 bringing a wealth of sales experience from his former roles in the retail, hospitality and telemarketing industries.
He first joined Cititec as a Senior Talent Consultant in the Tech and Dev department but progressed to his current role Talent Lead - Software Engineering. Kennan enjoys putting his people- and relationship-building skills to use to grow the business and make an impact. It doesn't hurt that he is our resident linguist speaking Swedish, English, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian(same language) and very basic German.
Kenan is nearly always up for a chat about movies, games and pets (especially cats) and is a consummate master of top quality memes, movie soundtracks and sport. Most-repeated phrase: "Have you seen this meme/ TikTok/ movie?"
