As an established global brand, they have a well-established Talent function however, with increased demand, they sought assistance in key hires for the upcoming year.
With 200+ clients and partners in more than 50 markets globally, Kognitiv’s Talent strategy required an internationally focused approach and drive. As such, we deployed an experienced specialist to alleviate some of the pressures of a focused scale-up phase.
Across an initial 24 month engagement, Cititec has provided Kognitiv an embedded Talent Acquisition Manager that will assist in standardising and optimising the entire HR function, and driving Global headcount significantly. The project will encompass everything from the full employee lifecycle, salary benchmarking, recruitment, on-boarding, and applicant engagement tools.
Discovery meetings, SLA’s, and interview coaching were introduced as the first step towards sustainable growth, with organizational mapping and the uncovering of iring pressure points following as Cititec helped sustain a mature talent function for Kognitiv.
